In November 2022 we were very fortunate to win a bid to take ownership of the HST cab 43049 from the National Railway Museum. The can was restored by the NRM using a spare cab and parts donated by railway companies that operated Class 43s.
The HST cab will be located in the main shed at The Llanelli & Mynydd Mawr Railway allowing access to visitors
